Creative Connections: Linking Research to Practice with Information Technology

The 2005 SALIS Conference featured an emphasis on information science issues in the broader arena, including new tools needed to help us keep pace with the profession.
The many changes taking place in the technology field find us constantly reevaluating how we provide library services to the populations we serve. Creative Connections brought together many presenters who inspired us to continue our professional development and increase our abilities to provide the best information to our constituents.
The 2005 meeting was hosted by Mary O’Brien and her colleagues at Prevention First.
